CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. This role defines governance, standards, and processes to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

Ideal candidates have deep AEC project controls leadership in integrated design-build and related delivery models, with experience modernizing platforms, workflows, and reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model; drive adoption across units and regions.
• Establish project controls approaches for design-build and other delivery models, aligning design, procurement, cost, schedule, risk, and controls.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, and scheduling across portfolios.
• Develop leading indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for margin, backlog, cash flow, and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and workflows with AI-enabled forecasting and reporting.
• Establish scalable document management, records, and collaboration controls for digital delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and teams to improve predictability and client outcomes.
• Lead and build a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
