Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing to shape portfolio positioning and narrative across high-growth diagnostics areas. You will drive evidence-based messaging and sales enablement, partnering with Product Management, Medical and Science teams to translate complex data into compelling storytelling.

You’ll lead thought leadership, engage with clinicians and key opinion leaders, and supervise AI-driven marketing workflows to accelerate content development while maintaining strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• Experience leading marketing strategy for diagnostics or healthcare portfolios.
• Ability to translate scientific/technical concepts into compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy for the diagnostics portfolio, including positioning and narratives for launches.
• Own KPIs and dashboards; present insights to leadership and drive resource prioritization.
• Lead portfolio-level thought leadership and engage KOLs and SMEs.
• Enable sales with messaging, tools, and training to support clinical conversations.
• Lead AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency while keeping human oversight.
