Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience or a Masters Degree with 3+ years experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• 3 or more years experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors.
• 3 or more years experience in Sales enablement, commercial excellence experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy for diagnostics portfolio and support launches, with differentiated positioning and sales enablement.
• Own KPIs and dashboards; provide insights to leadership and optimize materials.
• Lead portfolio-level thought leadership, engage KOLs and SMEs, and drive multi-audience webinars and events.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Marketing, and SCI teams to translate science into clear messaging and assets.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content development, insights, and recurring workflows while maintaining human oversight.
