Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead the Specialty Testing portfolio. You will partner with Product Management and Sales to develop compelling messages, sales tools, and market insights across neurology, autoimmune, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.

You will build KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops with stakeholders to optimize strategy. A strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows, collaboration, and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• Experience in AI-enabled marketing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management on the strategy, development, and quality standards for sales enablement tools and messages.
• Lead portfolio strategy, insights, and performance leadership to drive KPIs and dashboards.
• Direct a team of Portfolio Marketers, developing positioning, messaging, and narratives.
• Apply AI to accelerate workflow, analysis, and decision making across marketing activities.
