Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director, Solutions Marketing to lead Portfolio Marketing for Diagnostic Marketing. The role focuses on strategy, messaging, and sales enablement across neurology, autoimmune, endocrinology, gastroenterology and rheumatology.

You will build a high-performing team, set KPIs, and drive growth by translating scientific insights into compelling market positioning and evidence-based communications for Sales and field teams. Hybrid work near major labs in US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• 3+ years in diagnostics or healthcare sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management on strategy, development, and quality standards for sales enablement tools.
• Lead portfolio strategy, insights & performance with KPI dashboards and cross-functional input.
• Direct team leadership, coaching and capability development of Portfolio Marketers.
• Apply AI to accelerate workflows and enable decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Medical for alignment.
