Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director, Solutions Marketing to lead Portfolio Marketing across Neurology, Autoimmune, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology. This role drives strategy, messaging, and sales enablement with a strong emphasis on AI-enhanced processes and cross-functional leadership. The candidate will reside in select U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 or more years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• 3 or more years experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Align strategy with Product Management for sales enablement tools and playbooks.
• Lead training, field alignment, and pipeline acceleration efforts.
• Develop market insights and competitive intelligence to guide messaging.
• Coach Portfolio Marketing team and build capabilities.
