Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Planning, Development Portfolio to lead divestment execution and oversee cost, schedule, and contract performance for EPC assets.

The role partners with Development, Finance, Legal, and Project Execution teams, reports to the Sr. Director of Business Planning, and requires up to 20% travel. Hybrid work schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in EPC project management, project controls, or construction contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage divestment execution for assigned project assets, including transaction workstreams and closing-condition tracking.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and contract performance against plan for project assets.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and HQ for asset-specific planning and issue resolution.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting materials for leadership meetings.
