Job summary

MiQ in Chicago, IL is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Associate to lead manager development and design impactful learning experiences. You will create and implement solutions across virtual, in-person, and blended formats in collaboration with global Talent teams.

This role requires 3-5 years in L&D, strong facilitation, and comfort working across time zones. A hybrid work environment and competitive benefits support your growth at MiQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development.
• Passion for designing learning solutions and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
• Experience with different learning modalities including live and virtual.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to work across varying time zones and some out-of-hours facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions to drive business performance.
• Assess needs for the business, teams, and individuals and develop L&D interventions.
• Design, plan, implement and facilitate self-directed, virtual, blended, and in-person learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodology with needs analysis for performance-based outcomes.
• Curate learning paths in LMS (Workday, LinkedIn Learning, Knowbe4).
• Collect data to analyze program effectiveness and drive improvements.
