Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Project Manager, Development to the Senior Manager, Projects - Technical & Outfitting, to lead development phase activities for fleet modernization and newbuild projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred).
7+ years of project management experience.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel; AutoCAD experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee development of multiple projects, coordinating technical and administrative aspects with stakeholders.
Lead cost, technical and design alignment, ensuring scope-to-budget alignment.
Manage budgets, schedules, and value engineering in collaboration with Design, Technical, Brand and Procurement.
Ensure compliance with project delivery processes, APP methodology, and documentation procedures.
Travel as required to support project development and vendor visits.
