Job summary

project44 is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Generation to own the strategy and execution of campaigns that generate demand across our target audiences.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product marketing, content, and operations to deliver integrated programs that convert leads into qualified pipeline. You will build ABM programs, manage multi-channel channels, track KPIs, and optimize ROI while partnering with cross-functional teams to align messaging and assets with campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation (SaaS/enterprise tech or logistics)
• Experience building integrated demand gen programs that deliver pipeline
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven optimization
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional influence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
• In-office commitment: four days per week on-site

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies to deliver qualified leads and pipeline.
• Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.
• Build and manage ABM programs for strategic accounts with tight alignment to sales.
• Define and track KPIs (MQLs, meetings, pipeline contribution) and use insights to refine campaigns.
• Own budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to align messaging with goals.
• Test new channels and tactics to uncover innovative ways to reach target audiences.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and pipeline health.
