Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant management experience in datacenter operations, facility engineering operations, IT critical environment facilities, or similar.
• Experience leading large teams, with demonstrable ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for your organization, aligning team priorities with broader business objectives while managing deployment challenges across a growing regional footprint.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing mechanisms to evaluate deployment performance, identify risks, and implement scalable process improvements that reduce cycle time and increase delivery predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders across networking, planning, construction, and operations teams to resolve deployment blockers, align on project timelines, and communicate status clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Allocate resources across competing project demands, making trade-offs between near-term delivery and long-term capacity goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of managers and technicians by establishing scalable onboarding processes, coaching leaders on career development, and building succession plans.
