Job summary

Amazon's datacenter network is expanding in Texas, and we seek a Senior Manager, Network Deployment to lead cabling teams, own strategy and execution, and build an organization of managers and technicians across multiple datacenter sites in the region.

You will partner with networking, planning, construction, and operations teams to keep deployments on track as the footprint grows, delivering infrastructure at pace and guiding teams to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in datacenter operations, facility engineering operations, IT critical environments, or similar.
• Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for the organization across a growing regional footprint.
• Drive operational excellence with scalable processes to reduce cycle time and improve delivery predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders across networking, planning, construction, and operations to resolve blockers and align on timelines.
