Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python).
• Strong communication for stakeholder and cross-functional management.
• Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack apps and API development.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
