CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Data Self-Service Platform team. You will guide the development of a critical internal self-service application, enabling teams to access and manage data with ease through self-service tools.

Your leadership will shape the modernization of data access and ownership across the organization. You will oversee production-grade software delivery, mentor engineers, and align technical execution with business strategy while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership/management.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python preferred).
• Strong communication for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack applications and API development (gRPC/REST).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
• Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a team of software engineers.
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Bridge engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align execution with strategy.
• Ensure high code quality, observability, and robust architecture practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and improve operational efficiency.
