CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager to lead a Data Self-Service Platform team. You will guide design, build, and delivery of an internal self-service data platform, enabling teams to access and manage data with user-friendly tools.

You'll lead engineering talent, align technical execution with business goals, and drive production-grade software for data quality and AI-powered analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack apps and API development.
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event streaming and Snowflake data platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform.
• Mentor and grow a team of software engineers.
• Coordinate project planning, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Bridge engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, observability, and robust architecture.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and optimize operations.
