Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager to lead one of our Data Platform teams, driving the Data Self-Service Platform from strategy to production-grade delivery. You will oversee architecture, quality, and governance while mentoring engineers across the stack.

You'll guide cross-functional collaboration with product and analytics teams to enable decentralized data access, AI-powered analytics, and robust data quality tools, with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership/management.
Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python preferred).
Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack applications and gRPC/REST API development.
Experience managing containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Github).
Knowledge of Kafka and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a team of software engineers.
Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Serve as a bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Ensure high code quality, observability, and robust architecture practices.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and operational efficiency.
