Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
5+ years in category management, data analysis, or consumer insights.
Experience in Retail Grocery Category Management.
Strong ability to synthesize information from large datasets.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT).

Responsibilities

Lead a team that serves as an internal business consultant for customer-focused strategy.
Mine multiple data sources to derive insights and develop hypotheses.
Review data, identify critical information, analyze and make recommendations.
Develop dashboards and insights to support business decisions.
Communicate findings and influence decisions with a fact-based voice.
