Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager, Real Estate Operations and Analytics in Boise, Idaho. You will lead a team delivering decision support, financial planning and analytics for Core Retail and Real Estate, partnering with FP&A and other analytics teams to drive the company’s real estate strategy.

You will shape the analytics roadmap, govern data models, and provide quarterly performance updates to leadership, while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality analytics delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, General Business or related field.
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Real Estate Operations and Analytics team to support the company’s real estate strategy.
• Oversee capital planning, forecasting, tracking and investment performance analysis.
• Drive analytics roadmap and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and communicate recommendations through written and oral presentations.
