Qualifications

• 5+ years in category management, data analysis, customer insights or related experience.
• Experience synthesizing information from large data sets from multiple sources (internal/vendor/syndicated industry).
• Expert knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Love for project management and ability to manage timelines across projects.

Responsibilities

• Mine multiple sources of internal and external data to derive meaningful insights (internal databases, Circana, Numerator, and Customer Data).
• Review data, identify critical information, and analyze it to develop hypotheses and recommendations for the team and stakeholders.
• Combine analytical expertise and research to deliver insights that support business decisions and day-to-day priorities.
• Organize and manage timelines, workflows, and task allocation across projects, coordinating inputs from multiple contributors to keep work on track.
• Build a working understanding of the business to develop and maintain dashboards and insights.
