Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams and influencing senior leadership decisions.
• Strong data governance and data integrity practices with documentation.
• Background in analytics, finance, or related field within retail real estate or corporate real estate.
• Excellent forecasting, modeling, and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Real Estate Operations and Analytics team to support data-driven real estate strategy.
• Oversee capital planning, forecasting, tracking, and investment performance analysis.
• Provide quarterly leadership updates and ad hoc reporting to executives.
• Develop and drive the analytics roadmap for Core Retail and Real Estate performance.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of the Real Estate Data Model.
