Human Interest is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations in Customer Success & Operations to lead a multi-team Operations group responsible for accurate, compliant money movement flows for clients and participants. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, mentor managers, and drive process improvements in a regulated, fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Sales/Onboarding to scale operations, optimize workflows, and mitigate

Competenze

• 4+ years of operational management experience in financial services/fintech
• 2+ years managing other People Managers/Leaders
• Deep understanding of money movement processes and risk controls

• Lead multiple Operations Managers and translate strategy into actionable plans
• Drive SLA, quality, and cycle-time metrics with data-driven optimization
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to align on goals
