Qualifications

• 10+ years of cross-functional program leadership in SaaS or technology environments.
• Experience turning ambiguity into structured programs.
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions.
• Comfort presenting updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative and influential without authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch cross-functional programs with defined scope, milestones, ownership, and success metrics.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution by organizing workstreams and maintaining operating rhythms.
• Track progress, manage dependencies and risks; deliver measurable results for customers.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to align priorities.
• Provide concise status updates, outline risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
• Identify trade-offs, prepare recommendations, and project context for decisions.
• Adapt plans to improve processes, increasing team efficiency and program impact.
