Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics or related fields.
• 3+ years hands-on field, account, or customer analytics for sales or account teams.
• Proven ability to frame problems and deliver analytic solutions.
• Experience translating brand strategy into field analytics and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Frame field and account strategy using analytics to sharpen deployment and targeting.
• Deliver account-level insights on market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Build performance metrics and market-potential assessments for key accounts.
• Support integrated account planning and customer segmentation analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.
