Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a Director, Field & Account Strategy to drive field and account strategy across the portfolio through analytics.

This senior individual contributor partners with sales leadership, CEP, and national account teams, translating field execution, account performance, and customer intelligence into actionable insights that sharpen deployment and targeting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, commercial strategy, management consulting, or a combination thereof.
• Demonstrated track record framing, designing, and delivering analytic solutions for challenging business situations.
• Experience partnering with marketing and sales or field organizations and translating brand strategy into analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and refine a field alert strategy delivering real-time, data-driven signals to field-based colleagues.
• Evaluate alert performance and patient signals, iterating on rules to maximize relevance and adoption.
• Inform tools and capabilities to improve execution, precision targeting, and field effectiveness.
• Conduct analyses informing sales-force sizing, structure, territory alignment, and deployment.
• Deliver account-level insights for key accounts and support integrated account planning.
