Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) seeks a Manager, Customer Experience – Aftersales to elevate the aftersales journey across dealer partners and internal teams in a hybrid role based in Franklin, TN.

You will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, develop training programs, analyze performance data, and coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, and Legal to drive measurable improvements while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and storytelling with data.
• Experience using VoC platforms and LMS is a differentiator.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction in the service drive.
• Develop programs, train dealer partners, and allocate resources.
• Analyze metrics and drive improvements across MMNA Aftersales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Legal and dealer networks.
