Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. is seeking a District Aftersales Manager for the South Region. You will liaise with dealer partners to drive Aftersales performance, develop long-term relationships, and consult on parts, service, and loyalty. Frequent travel to South Florida dealers is required.

The role emphasizes maximizing profitability, customer experience, and brand loyalty while implementing Momentum 2030 across the district. Base salary is competitive with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of exempt automotive retail/wholesale experience.
• Experience in service/parts and sales operations.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and loyalty.
• Knowledge of dealership operations, profitability drivers, and data analysis.
• ASE certification in four or more areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with MMNA dealer partners to drive Aftersales performance.
• Develop long-term relationships and consult on parts, service, and loyalty.
• Travel frequently to 13 dealers in South Florida.
• Support Momentum 2030 implementation across the district.
