Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience.
• At least 3 years of analytical experience in automotive industry specialties (Sales Ops, Dealer Agreements, Marketing, Parts & Service).
• Minimum 2 years in dealer contact support roles (e.g., WDM, FOM, FSM, DOM).
• Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools and sales-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine dealership visits with Aftersales staff, dealership management, and Dealer Principals.
• Assess APS operations using the 5 Mindsets: Convenience, Quality, Competitiveness, Transparency, and Friendliness.
• Provide consultative coaching and action plans to improve APS opportunities.
• Coordinate Aftersales Core Processes and deliver training aligned with NNA tools and technologies.
