Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Analyst to join the Customer Analytics team in Plano, TX. This early-career role focuses on using data to understand customer behavior, build audiences, and measure campaign impact within a modern data lake environment (Azure + Databricks).

Responsibilities include CRM campaign measurement, customer segmentation, and ad hoc analyses to inform CRM, Marketing, and Merchandising decisions; a hybrid work arrangement is offered at Legacy West in Plano.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of directly related experience in data, customer, CRM, or marketing analytics.
• Industry experience in Retail, CPG, or agency marketing environment preferred.
• CRM exposure: experience in CRM or loyalty analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Measurement & Reporting: analyze CRM/marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to improve performance, targeting, and revenue.
• Customer Segmentation & Audience Building: develop audiences and segments from transactional/behavioral data to drive targeted communications.
• Data Analysis & Ad Hoc Insights: deliver timely ad hoc analyses to support CRM, Marketing, and Merchandising questions.
• Data Quality & Collaboration: ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data and collaborate with analytics, CRM, and marketing teams.
