Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field required; data science or analytics focus preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, applied ML, or customer analytics.
• Experience in Retail/CPG/e-commerce or loyalty-driven businesses is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and feature pipelines end-to-end using Python and SQL.
• Build segmentation and customer analytics to support hyper-personalized marketing.
• Translate model outputs into business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop data pipelines and productionize analytics in Databricks for reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, CRM, Marketing, and Merchandising to scale insights.
