Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a Sr. Manager, Application Development to lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for secure, scalable, cloud-enabled enterprise applications supporting member engagement, Salesforce, and governance/risk/compliance portfolios.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate needs into sustainable technology solutions, drive modern engineering practices, and grow a high-performing team in a regulated financial

Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
8+ years leading Salesforce ecosystem initiatives in enterprise environments.
Strong background in AWS cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

Provide technology leadership across member engagement, Salesforce, CRM, and GRC portfolios.
Lead end-to-end SDLC with architecture alignment, delivery excellence, and operational readiness.
Guide teams in modern engineering practices, security, quality, and observability.
Partner with Architects, product owners, risk/compliance to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
