Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with pipeline-as-code
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java and web services development

Responsibilities

Lead development of Salesforce-based solutions and related server components.
Plan and coordinate system integration across partners and agencies.
Design and implement application security per State of Michigan policies.
Mentor development teams and ensure SADLC practices.
Oversee POCs to validate feasibility and business value.
Lead impact analysis of changes due to legislation and business processes.
Review/Approve technical materials for review meetings.
