T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit Risk Management to lead technical support for Tier 1/2 decisions, manage fraud, credit, and collections strategy configurations, and guide agile delivery. You will build strong partnerships across Strategy, Fraud, IT Production Support, and external vendors while shaping the next generation of decisioning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years related work experience or equivalent combination.
• 7+ years product management experience in Agile software product development.
• 2-4 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical direction for the solution lifecycle and design.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Fraud, Business, and IT Production Support teams.
• Lead multiple teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
