Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python or other statistical/analytical languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, Excel/VBA, Python (pandas, matplotlib).
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical segmentation techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, K-means) to identify opportunities.
• Extract, load and transform data from multiple sources using SQL, Excel VBA, and languages like R/Python for analysis.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of credit policies to meet objectives.
• Develop predictive financial models using appropriate statistical methods (trend, regression).
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Management and other teams to deploy, analyze, and track new credit strategies.
• Work with credit bureau and alternative credit data; ensure timely delivery of outputs.
