Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit Risk Management to lead technical support for Tier 1/2 decision engines and strategies for fraud, credit, and collections. The role combines technical leadership with strategic vision to drive efficiency and adoption of new technologies in an Agile setting.

The candidate will build and manage a team of software configuration owners and collaborate with partner IT teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while shaping the risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant product management experience in an Agile software product development environment.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a product management organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to ensure the integrity and adaptability of the technical design throughout the solution’s lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality releases by reviewing architecture and workflows and managing vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Fraud, Business, and IT Production Support to enable seamless releases and communicate timelines to senior management.
• Lead multiple teams, manage budgets, and provide technical leadership to deliver projects on time.
• Promote productization of solutions for scalable, repeatable success and maintain client-focused mindset.
