Job summary

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Center for Health Communication seeks a Senior Manager of Creator Community and Engagement to grow, activate, and strengthen the Creator Program’s community.

The role focuses on recruiting creators, onboarding them to a new online platform, and sustaining engaging participation across diverse health topics. A hybrid remote/on-site arrangement applies, with strategic collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in university, nonprofit, or mission-driven settings.
• Experience developing recruitment, engagement, or community programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator recruitment through partnerships and outreach.
• Design onboarding journeys and activation campaigns to drive participation.
• Maintain relationships with creators, alumni, and advisors.
• Oversee the creator database, data quality, and reporting.
• Collaborate with research, data, and tech teams to build dashboards and insights.
• Co-design programs and events for creator communities.
• Ensure ethical considerations in data use and creator privacy.
