Job summary

Harvard University’s Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health seeks a Senior Manager of Creator Community and Engagement to grow and activate the Creator Program.

You will recruit creators from diverse backgrounds, design engagement strategies, onboard participants to a new online community platform, and build lasting relationships with the creator ecosystem. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site work and will require collaboration with the Center for Health Communication to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in creator communities or similar roles.
• Experience with universities or nonprofit settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators from diverse backgrounds.
• Activate ongoing participation and build lasting relationships.
• Design engagement strategies reflecting creators' motivations and workflows.
• Own the creator database and improve data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with Center colleagues to shape resources and events.
• Represent the program externally as an ambassador.
