Job summary

Harvard University, through the T.H. Chan School of Public Health, seeks a Senior Manager of Creator Community and Engagement to grow the Creator Program, activate participants, and strengthen relationships with creators across health topics.

You will design recruitment strategies, onboard participants to a new online community platform, and collaborate with the Creator Advisory Board. You will lead initiatives to recruit a diverse range of creators, manage pipelines from outreach to enrollment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience building and managing creator communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage creators from diverse backgrounds.
• Onboard participants to the new online community platform.
• Develop onboarding journeys and campaigns to drive active participation.
• Monitor engagement, activation, retention, and participation metrics; iterate strategies.
• Collaborate with the Center, Creator Advisory Board, and other teams to shape program resources.
