Job summary

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health seeks a Senior Manager of Creator Community and Engagement to grow and strengthen the Creator Program’s community.

You will recruit creators from diverse backgrounds, onboard them to the new online platform, and design engagement strategies that drive activation, retention, and meaningful participation. The role involves collaboration with the Creator Advisory Board and cross‑center partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators from diverse backgrounds for the Creator Program.
• Onboard participants to the online community platform and design onboarding journeys.
• Develop ongoing community activity rhythms to drive participation and retention.
• Build relationships with creator networks, platforms, agencies, and associations.
• Automate data collection from platforms and build dashboards to track engagement.
• Collaborate with the Creator Advisory Board to shape program resources and events.
