Job summary

Drips is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate IT to lead and scale our IT function. You’ll manage a team, drive identity, endpoints, SaaS, ITSM, and automation while partnering with InfoSec and leadership to strengthen security, governance, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT with 3+ years of leadership, deep experience in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, and regulatory frameworks, plus a proven track record in enterprise SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership roles.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing an IT team.
• Experience with governance, security, and compliance programs in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2 and HIPAA-adjacent requirements.
• Experience with GenAI tools in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Corporate IT team and operations.
• Oversee identity, endpoints, SaaS, ITSM, and automation initiatives.
• Drive IT governance, provisioning, access controls, and documentation.
• Manage vendor relations, software licensing, and budget across IT stack.
• Partner with InfoSec and executives to align IT with business goals.
• Champion automation and ticket deflection to reduce manual work.
• Report IT performance metrics to leadership on cadence.
