Job summary

Drips seeks a Sr. Manager, Corporate IT to lead and grow the Corporate IT function as the company scales. This role is hands-on and strategic, managing identity, endpoints, SaaS, ITSM, and vendor relationships while partnering with InfoSec and leadership to scale governance and automation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT with 3+ years in management, strong communication, and a track record of implementing AI-driven IT solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in people management.
• Hands-on depth with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MDM/EDR, and ITSM platforms.
• Experience building IT governance, security, and compliance programs in regulated or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of driving ticket deflection and AI-assisted IT automation.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills and ability to converse with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT professionals; set priorities and drive performance.
• Oversee core IT operations: identity, endpoints, ITSM, governance, vendor management.
• Partner with InfoSec and business leaders to align IT priorities with company goals.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to reduce ticket volume and improve service delivery.
