Job summary

Drips is hiring a Sr. Manager, Corporate IT to lead and grow the Corporate IT function as the company scales.

You will manage a team of IT professionals and oversee identity, endpoints, corporate SaaS, ITSM, device lifecycle, vendors, documentation, and operational automation. You’ll report to the CIO/CISO and partner with InfoSec to scale security, governance, and compliance while driving ticket deflection and AI-powered automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with progressive leadership.
• Experience building IT governance and security programs in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA-adjacent controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Corporate IT team.
• Oversee identity, endpoints, and ITSM platforms.
• Mature IT governance, access controls, and provisioning processes.
• Drive ticket deflection and AI automation to reduce manual work.
