Job summary
Slipstream IT is seeking a Senior Manager IT Operations Cybersecurity & Compliance to lead day-to-day IT operations in a secure, compliant, and reliable environment. You will administer Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive while managing MSPs and vendors.
The role combines hands-on Microsoft cloud administration with leadership in cybersecurity, service delivery, vendor management, and regulated environments, reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field
- 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, cloud administration, or cybersecurity
- Hands-on admin experience with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Access, SSO, and guest governance
- Experience managing MSPs/vendors and working with regulated environments
- Willingness to travel 10–15% as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead daily IT operations and ensure reliable services
- Oversee MSPs and vendor management; ensure service delivery
- Coordinate cybersecurity risk assessments, incident response, and remediation
- Maintain GxP compliance and IT quality standards
- Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Mentor IT staff and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
