Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Manager Corporate Development to drive end-to-end M&A execution and shape corporate strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders to identify targets and evaluate strategic opportunities across the business units.

Responsibilities include building operating models, performing rigorous financial analyses, and leading cross-functional due diligence and negotiations to close transactions.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in finance or accounting.
• Five years minimum in investment banking, corporate finance and/or corporate development/M&A.
• Strong quantitative and strategic thinking.
• Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Ability to partner with attorneys and other deal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop investment theses and operating models for potential acquisitions.
• Build financial models (DCF, LBO, merger consequences) for transactions.
• Lead transaction planning and due diligence processes.
• Identify deal risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Lead deal teams and coordinate internal/external partners.
