H1 is seeking a Corp Dev professional to own financial strategy and M&A processes. You will work with senior leaders to build the playbook, evaluate opportunities, and drive end-to-end deals across markets, products, and geographies.

You will collaborate with executives to screen targets, perform due diligence, structure transactions, and integrate acquired companies, ensuring value creation for H1's global healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, or executing M&A, investments, partnerships, or other strategic transactions.
• Ability to build relationships with founders, executives, investors, and strategic partners.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate M&A, strategic investment, partnership, and other business development opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic analyses to evaluate potential transactions and partnerships.
• Lead opportunities from initial sourcing and outreach through diligence, negotiation, execution, and launch.
• Partner directly with the executive team to evaluate new markets, products, geographies, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop clear build, buy, or partner recommendations based on financial, strategic, and operational considerations.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence and execution across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
