Job summary

NIQ is seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee accounting for software, assets, and leases, while guiding close processes and disclosures. You will mentor hub accountants and partner with Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to drive automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA required.
• 7-10 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting or a large international organization.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 350-40, ASC 360, ASC 842, with SOX-compliant controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting for internally developed software, fixed assets, and operating and finance leases.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, review journal entries, and support financial statement disclosures.
• Mentor a team of hub accountants and collaborate across Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to drive automation.
