NIQ, a leading consumer intelligence company, seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead consolidated financial statements and SEC filings under US GAAP, with IFRS reporting for statutory requirements and SOX controls. You will report to the Director of Financial Reporting in a remote-US role.

This role requires CPA and 5–8 years of public accounting experience, preferably Big 4, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and proficiency in SAP or OneStream.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5-8 years of public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred, in a medium to large international org.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Prepare and draft SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) per US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Coordinate disclosures with IR, Treasury, auditors and international subsidiaries.
• Lead XBRL tagging reviews and ensure proper tag selection and tie-out.
• Manage external audit process and SOX internal controls documentation.
• Oversee IFRS statutory reporting and consolidated financial statements.
