NIQ is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee external financial reporting, including SEC filings under US GAAP and IFRS consolidations under IFRS, while maintaining SOX controls. Reports to the Director, Financial Reporting, and works with cross-functional teams globally.

The role requires 5–8 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and strong technical accounting capabilities, with ERP experience (SAP/OneStream) and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5–8 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS advantageous.
• ERP systems experience, SAP or OneStream.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and draft SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K) per US GAAP.
• Maintain supporting documentation for disclosures in external reports.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Treasury, auditors for data.
• Manage IFRS statutory reporting and consolidated statements.
• Review EPS calculations and share projections.
• Supervise tagging and taxonomy updates for SEC filings.
• Support SOX compliance and quarterly close processes.
• Research new reporting requirements and benchmark analyses.
