Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director in the Controllership group to own Finance system architecture, data flow, and the enhancement roadmap. This leadership role bridges complex accounting with technical execution and oversees Workday Cloud ERP evolution, alongside AI-driven automation to scale subledger processes and informed financial decisions.

12+ years in accounting, financial systems, or finance transformation.
Deep expertise in ERP systems and accounting data architecture.
Proven strategic driver with cross-functional influence.
Experience leading R2R processes and consolidation.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic Record to Report (R2R) initiatives across revenue and cost centers.
Sponsor finance technology stack, ERP enhancements, automation, and reporting.
Redesign end-to-end R2R cycles to improve efficiency.
Guide cross-functional teams through transitions and drive digital finance.
Own accounting ERP system architecture and data integrity.
Partner with IT to resolve ERP production issues.
Lead AI/automation roadmap within ERP.
Engage senior stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations.
Align initiatives with Global Process Owners (GPOs).
Communicate updates and present executive narratives.
