Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a strategic Transformation Leader for the Prospect to Cash (P2C) domain. You will drive AI-enabled transformations, govern AI capabilities, and partner with GTM teams to prototype solutions with low/no-code tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Experience in Prospect to Cash (P2C) business processes or enterprise sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI platforms, low/no code tools.
• Ability to map complex processes to actionable business requirements and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and change management in AI programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to VP/SVP leadership and shape transformation strategies.
• Analyze P2C workflows to identify friction and define business requirements.
• Champion practical AI adoption and identify opportunities to apply AI tools and automation.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate user needs into AI-driven use cases and prototypes.
• Establish AI governance standards and evaluate readiness for enterprise deployment.
• Lead structured experiments, define hypotheses, and measure value realization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and storytelling to achieve buy-in and scale initiatives.
• Bring discipline to operating rhythms, prioritization, and performance measurement.
