Ladders is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction Design) to lead complex data center development programs from planning through execution. This remote role coordinates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and partners to ensure budgets, schedules, and design quality align with campus-wide goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build methods.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Manage multiple data center construction projects and maintain budgets and schedules.
• Communicate project updates for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive campus design solutions.
• Oversee entitlement and permitting processes for projects.
• Implement multi-phased development plans to meet time and quality standards.
• Write scopes of work and participate in procurement processes.
• Evaluate pricing proposals for design and construction services.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction Design) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will guide complex data center development efforts from early planning through execution, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality expectations stay aligned. The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership, stakeholders, and project partners to shape campus-wide design solutions and keep multiple initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management experience and the ability to coordinate entitlement, permitting, procurement, and design decisions across phased development programs.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
